Corporate Actions for All Canadian Securities
The CDS Bulletins feed, provided by CDS Innovations Inc. (a subsidiary of The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited) is a near real-time data feed of released bulletins that are made available via the CDS Bulletins web application. The data feed provides bulletins on daily entitlements, corporate actions, announcements, processing details and securities issuance for Canadian equity and debt securities. Mandatory and voluntary corporate actions are covered, including:
- Cash and stock dividends
- Rights and warrant issues
- Purchase offers and plans of arrangement
- Mergers
- Stock splits and consolidations
- Redemptions
- Spin-offs
Attachments with the bulletins, such as PDFs, will also be delivered with the product. An end-of-day report that contains a list of bulletin numbers and the list of file attachments will be available to subscribers.
CDSX Entitlements Data Feed is a daily file providing details of all entitlement events, including comprehensive corporate action information for Canadian equity and debt securities. The data feed is available in two forms: the 7040 file which reports on active events and the 7041 file which reports all modifications of event information for the current day.
